Yes! You can easily record with someone who is using a laptop or Android phone, however this cannot be done in the same room without wearing headphones on both devices to avoid feedback.

Starting a new project
Tapping the Multiplayer icon (👤+) in the top-left corner
When the invite link menu pops up, tap Share Invite Link and share this with your guest via messenger app or email
When they connect, they will connect via a web page on their phone or laptop
