In your project, tap Media in the bottom menu

Choose which video you want to replace the background for (Top, Bottom, Left, Right, Foreground, Background)

On the video, tap the Remove Background icon (👤) and remove one background (👤1 or 👤2), or both (👥).

Then head back to the main menu and tap Canvas – now choose an image, color, or virtual background.
